  1. The archive "PA-FREQS.ZIP" contains two files, they are "PA-CNTY.LST" and
  2. "PA-FREQ.LST". The first organizes information by county, user, service and
  3. then by frequency, all in ascending order. This file is useful for locating
  4. and programming frequencies into your scanner. The second file is simply
  5. arranged in ascending order by frequency. This is useful for identifying
  6. stations while searching frequencies.

  8. This is the first release of these files and your comments are welcome. If
  9. you have any additions, changes or improvements please let me know.

  11. NOTE: At the beginning of the file "PA-CNTY.LST" you will see several
  12. entries that are not organized by county. I've tried to determine which
  13. county these entries belong to with no success. If you can help classify
  14. any of these, please let me know.
